Shalonda Edwards MSW, LICSW is the Founding Clinician of Restorative Health & Wellness. An avid yoga practitioner who has recognized the importance of the practice in helping to reduce her stress and help learn new skills to process stressors and challenges she seeks to introduce clients to various supports they may find useful in reducing symptoms or increasing their ability to cope.
